How do I apply for Home Repairs
We believe everyone should be able to live in a safe home that provides shelter and dignity. Homes should be structurally sound, safe to occupy, and provide comfort and security to those who occupy it. If your home needs critical repairs, apply to see if we can help.
How do I apply for critical repairs of my home?
Step 1. Review the requirements for qualifying applicants.

Homeownership: You must own and occupy the home as your primary residence.

Income Limits: Household income typically must fall between 30% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). See income limits here.

Need: The repairs must be "critical," meaning they address health, safety, or accessibility issues (e.g., roofing, HVAC, structural integrity, ramps, etc.).

Willingness to Partner: Unless there are special circumstances, homeowners must contribute "sweat equity" hours or pay a small, affordable fee for materials.
